Driving a bus for local tour companies, Luis became more and more enamored with the beauty of his own community. For many years, he watched the excitement of the tourists faces and their chatter of what they have seen and heard and he wanted to share the experience. Two years ago, Luis decided to get technical training and open his own tour company. He hopes one day his three children will work for and eventually run the company. He often takes the children to his office, the forest, and while learning more he shares his passion of the natural beauty with them.

As the president of his company, Luis ensures that your experience will be memorable, may it be a tour through Manuel Antonio Park, Mangroves of Damas Isle or the Rainmaker Tour. He will personally pick you up at your hotel or a guest house, offer a snack on your adventure and bring you home safely.

During the day, at the Manuel Antonio National Park or the Rainmaker Tour, you will see the animals in their natural habitat, while Luis will explain the lifecycles of the sloths, monkeys, toucans, the variety of reptiles, the birds that are hard to see and look for those creatures that are sleeping. While on your excursion through the Mangroves of Damas Isle, you will see Pacific Ocean marine life and Luis will share the mysteries of the mangroves and its flora and fauna.

The night tours are much different and you will be able to see all creatures that are now awake in the forests of Manuel Antonio. More than 100 differenty types of frogs,135 types of snakes who wake up in the dark, different spiders and owls that you will see and learn about. If mother nature will allow, you may have a chance to spot an anteater, an ocelot, a kinkajou or an opossum, rare to see but when you do, spectacular.
