Chef Bonnie Moreno and has innovated and prepared dishes for clients from over 50 countries. Bonnie’s distinct style permeates throughout the Peruvian/Costa Rican dishes that she prepares with only the freshest ingredients.
The food is almost too beautiful to eat, but it?s the taste that will transport you.
YOUR? DINING EXPERIENCE
We will send a van to pick you up at your hotel or villa, bring you to one of our restaurants where the chef will prepare a delicious 5-course meal inspired by fresh local ingredients. The exact plates will change depending on the time of year and any special ingredients available.
Tableside, the chef will explain each dish as they are served.
A sample menu is as follows:
1. Cold Cucumber Soup with greek yogurt and a sprinkle of dill and mint. Served with Feta Cheese to give it an interesting texture.
2.Peruvian Style Ceviche, with fresh fish of the day in Tiger’s Milk, cilantro, purple onion, and Aji. Served with a mix of Costa Rican Root chips
3. Tuna Carpaccio with Soy & Sesame Oil Vinaigrette, Jalapeno slices, Scallions, Celery, Purple Onion & Ginger
4. Buffalo Skirt Steak on a Honey Carrot Pure, Sous Vide in-season Vegetables
5. Homemade Blackberry Cheesecake
An Amaretto and coffee to finish dinner
