Some like it hot, and Buddy Taylor knows it. After years of fine tuning, taste-testing and fiddling around with a pinch of this and a dash of that, Taylor finally hit the right combination of aged cayenne peppers, garlic, vinegar, and other spices. In 1989 he christened his concoction Gator Hammock Gator Sauce and has since continued to come out with innovative sauces and condiments. Nearly all of his products have earned awards from the Fiery Food Industry. He has also been featured on the Food Networks "Food Finds of the Everglades". Hot Sauce from Fresh Ingredients!

Gator Hammock is happy to announce that they will have a new line out available in Costa Rica starting in April!
I had the opportunity to try several of Gator Hammock's hot sauces while Buddy was visiting Costa Rica recently. There were so many options to choose from and all were great on fish, pork, and chicken! I can't wait to try it on beef too. Gator Hammock uses fresh ingredients and never concentrates which means not only does each bottle pack some serious heat, it also packs loads of flavor. My favorite is the Baby Gator and for sure the Swamp Mustard. I have a couple bottles at home which may just last me until Gator Hammock starts shipping to Costa Rica next month (in April)!
