This was such a disappointment and embarrassment. I paid $175 for a $415 trip at a silent auction benefiting one of my favorite causes. Iusplaced the certificate for a while. When I called, Tres Ninos said they would honor the certificate. Iade an appointment, invited friends and the captain aborted the trip because of threatening weather. I totally agreed with that. After rainy season I made another appointment with much difficulty because of no one answering the phone and no one returning calls. When I finally did speak with someone the said the would inquire as to the validity of my certificate and call me back. No call. I called and left 3 more messages. I finally got a return text confirming the appointment at 5:00, Thursday January 22. My party of 6 excitedly arrived at the marina at 4:45 and waited by the Tres Ninos boats for another 45 minutes. Inquiring as to the location of the captain no one at the harbor had seen him. I called the TN office knowing that no one would answer especially at 5:30pm. The captain did not show, I got no return call and I was very embarrassed and disappointed. There was a gorgeous sunset that would have made the trip perfect and memorable but we missed it. You really dropped the ball on this one Tres Ninos! I manage 6 properties in the area and I will NEVER refer you business.
