Centrally located on the upper level, is this modern and elegant yet casual chic restaurant with food that will wow you, offering you a selection of cuisine from around the world. Utilizing only fresh, local and organic products to create masterpieces to feast on.
Trained at the Culinary Institute and by a Michelin Chef, Chef Bonnie Moreno will prepare creations such as a fresh tuna tartar, followed by a succulent pesto risotto with sous vide octopus and grilled jumbo shrimp with caramelized pecans to delight your palate or a coffee and chocolate encrusted tenderloin, and for dessert, a decadent homemade pecan pie or a New York style cheesecake with a choice of local fruit marmalades. To end the feast, offered by the owner, you can indulge in a Belgian chocolate or an aperitif of limoncello. Throughout this feast, the bilingual waiting staff, all trained by a mixologist and service experts, will offer several of their specialty cocktails or a wine to complement your courses. For those individuals with a specialized palate, the chef will prepare a delicious meal to meet your specifications.
Z’s has the experience to cater on site or off-site for up to 400 guests, they have varied menus at different price points to suit your needs and budget. The new Delivery Service is now available with free delivery of orders of C10,000.00 or more, cash or credit. Hours of delivery 4 – 9 pm Monday- Saturday.
When discussing this article with the Owners, I was amazed as to what goes on “Behind the Scene”. When I walked into the kitchen I was amazed at the state of the art appliances and gadgets to assist the chef and her staff to ensure consistency and faultlessness of the meals she creates. The organization of the kitchen had me speechless. Separate fridges and coolers for produce, proteins and pastry, with everything labeled even in the huge pantry.
The young staff is all encouraged to receive training, may it be in the hospitality industry, culinary institute funded by the owners, as well as, they receive regular in house training by guest mixologists, local chefs and Michelin chefs to ensure top innovation and quality of food preparation and service.
The owners assured this writer that there are no single use plastics on the premises and all products are environmentally reusable and recycled. The straws are bamboo and the mats are recycled corks.
