While in Quepos, come to Chocolat Caffé & Patisserie and treat yourself to a taste of heaven.
Sam, the owner, and his staff, several of whom are IMAS work skills practicum students, come in early to ensure that all the baking is ready for the 7 am opening of the caffé. As you walk by the caffé, you cannot help but be enticed by the aroma in the street. Many of the treats are reminiscent of breads and pastries you would find strolling down the streets of Europe. Others have that Costa Rican touch you can’t help but dig into.
There is something for every taste, sweet and savory. There are baguettes, bagels, croissants, fruit and chocolate pastriesgalore, and a choice of tarts, eclairs, cheese cakes and flans. Looking for more of a meal? Enjoy a sandwich, empanada, brioche, or quiche of the day. Picked out your treat? Enjoy it with your choice of gourmet coffees, chocolate, or teas all served hot or cold.
Treats can be served to go if you are in a hurry to get to the beach or National Park. Otherwise, have a seat in the welcoming ambiance of the restaurant. Enjoy a feast for all of your senses!
So, come indulge yourself at Chocolat Caffé & Patisserie, just 350m down the road from AYA. Open 7am to 7pm every day except Sunday
